Divergent Futures
Divergent Futures believe that neurodivergent people should feel seen, valued, and supported. Directors Monique Mitchelson and Anna Clarke offer evidence-based, accessible training and consulting, empowering professionals to integrate neurodiversity-affirming practices into their services.
As a neurodivergent-led business ourselves, working with Divergent Futures was a dream come true. (Seriously — Ebony cried happy tears when we were first introduced!)

+ Marketing & Communications Strategy

The Process
Together, we embarked on our Brand Articulation process, facilitating a series of workshops with founders Anna Clarke and Monique Mitchelson. During our work together, we honed in on the heart of their brand; we refined their purpose, clarified their target audience, and identified the key ways they were able to communicate their offering in consistent ways.
The result?
A bespoke Brand Bible: a comprehensive guide capturing Divergent Futures’ mission, values, voice, and visual identity.

Applying The Visuals
Our bespoke Brand Bible served two vital purposes; Divergent Futures now had a comprehensive guide to apply their new branding and as an agency, we went on to use it as our source of truth when applying the visuals to their marketing assets. Together we worked on a myriad of print and digital designs, creating accessible and engaging materials for their target audience.
The Process
The collaborative effort between Divergent Futures and I flowed with our neurodivergent needs… during the craziness that was the first wave of COVID-19, meant meeting via zoom whilst we dug deep into a set of Brand ARTiculation workshops I curated. It was here that we determined the brands values, contribution and “why”. We then finalised how we wanted viewers to think and feel about the brand.
